Massage: a Cancer Support Service

Updated: Aug 1, 2019

As statistically most of us will closely encounter cancer during our life time (either directly or via somebody we know well), access to effective support services becomes increasingly important.

Massage is frequently used as a complementary therapy to conventional medicine in hospitals and hospices as it has huge benefit for patients (and their carers) in managing stress levels after diagnosis, and in improving quality of life during chemo or radiotherapy, after oncology surgery, in palliative care, or during recovery and remission.

I offer Oncology Massage and Reflexology in addition to Holistic Massage treatments, so if you have any questions about how it could help you, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
