Hello, I'm Nina Caton Gupta — a therapist specializing in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Massage, and Reflexology.
With over a decade of experience since starting my own private practice in 2011, I have worked in diverse settings, including physiotherapy clinics and a hospital. Now, I am proud to offer my services from my home-based practice in Kingston, having previously done the same in Richmond.
Most of my clients have trusted me with their well-being for many years, and most new clients find me through direct personal recommendations. One of the advantages of being a sole practitioner is that I can offer a tailored personalized service with continuity of care that multi-therapist settings simply cannot match.
I specialize in offering safe and effective therapy for individuals requiring additional care due to their health situations, including those undergoing or recovering from cancer treatment, managing lymphoedema, recovering post-surgery and during pregnancy.
