Terms & Conditions for appointments

Cancellation & No-Show Policies:

Please let me know as soon as you decide not to attend an appointment.

Rescheduling:  It is possible to reschedule appointments with more than 24 hours notice, in emergencies or in cases of sudden illness. Clients who habitually reschedule their appointments will be declined future bookings.

Cancellation: Cancellations ahead of 24 hours before the appointment incur no charge. If you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hour's notice, you will be liable for your treatment fee in full.

No-Shows: To help prevent forgotten bookings, you will be sent a reminder email the day before your appointment (in the case of some MLDM appointments where multiple bookings are set very close together, this will be before your first appointment only). If you then fail to attend a confirmed appointment, you will be liable for your treatment fee in full.

Client Responsibilities:

Payment: Please pay for your treatment either (preferably) before or during your appointment by bank transfer, cash or a debit/credit card.

Being on time: A few minutes are planned in to every appointment to cover those unforeseen circumstances which may occasionally delay timely arrival, please note however that clients arriving more than 10 minutes after their scheduled appointment start will have their time on the couch shortened so that the appointment can still finish on time. Full payment will still be due in these cases. If you are running more than a few minutes late and can safely do so, please send a message to let me know.

Respectful conduct: I adhere to the highest standards of ethical, boundary-driven practice, with a zero-tolerance policy for solicitations of any kind. Innuendo, jokes about inappropriate conduct and inappropriate requests will be taken seriously and will result in swift termination of the session.

These policies are in line with local private healthcare and well-being providers (eg dentists, physiotherapists, cosmetic clinics etc) and will be exercised in good faith.
