Combined Therapy Sessions: for Deep Relaxation & Wellbeing

Discover the enhanced benefits of combining therapies. Each session is designed to support relaxation, balance, and overall wellbeing (not to address medical issues).

The Benefits of Combined Therapies

  • In addition to the benefits of each therapy

  • Deeper physical and mental relaxation

  • Relief from stress and tension

  • Improved sleep quality

  • Support for digestive balance

  • A greater sense of wellbeing and inner calm

Each of these therapies—Holistic Massage, Reflexology, and Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD)—offers unique benefits when experienced individually. When thoughtfully combined, they amplify each other’s effects, helping you reach a deeper state of relaxation and balance.

Choose the combined therapy that best suits your needs:

1. Holistic Massage + Reflexology

This classic combination blends the grounding benefits of massage with the balancing effects of reflexology, creating a deeply restorative experience.

Who is it for?

Anyone looking to ease muscle tension, unwind from stress, and experience body and mind relaxation.

What’s included?

  • Holistic Massage focused to release muscle tightness gently and encourage the body into a state of rest and repair

  • Reflexology to calm the nervous system and extend relaxation throughout the whole body

Why they work so well together

Massage prepares the body by releasing tension and softening muscles, while reflexology deepens the relaxation response, helping you leave with a sense of clarity, calm, and balance.

Session options:

90 mins (£110) or 120 mins (£140)

For pregnancy: 120 mins (£150)

2. 'Still Point': Massage + Facial Lymphatic Drainage + Reflexology

Still Point is designed for those seeking profound relaxation and a complete reset for body, mind and nervous system.

Who is it for?

Anyone wanting deep relaxation, mental clarity, and a sense of inner stillness.

Please note: lymphatic drainage may not be suitable for everyone.

What’s included?

  • Back, shoulder, and scalp massage to release tension and relax the body

  • Facial lymphatic drainage to gently depuff, refresh, and encourage deep calm

  • Reflexology to rebalance the nervous system and extend relaxation throughout the whole body

Why it’s called Still Point

A “still point” describes a moment when the nervous system reaches equilibrium — a pause of profound calm where the body naturally resets. This treatment aims to bring you into that state: massage melts away tension, lymphatic drainage refreshes and soothes, and reflexology completes the journey, leaving you balanced, grounded, and restored.

Session length: 120 mins (£150)

3. MLD Follow-Up + Reflexology

A gentle, nurturing combination designed to support relaxation and balance for clients already receiving Manual Lymphatic Drainage at our practice.

Who is it for?

Clients who have already had their first MLD consultation at this practice. This session focuses on relaxation and wellbeing, not on medical or post-surgical care.

What’s included?

  • Manual Lymphatic Drainage to gently encourage fluid balance and relaxation

  • Reflexology to calm the nervous system and promote a deeper sense of wellbeing

Why they work so well together

MLD encourages lightness, calm, and flow in the body, while reflexology extends the restorative benefits by soothing the nervous system. Together, they help you feel lighter, clearer, and deeply relaxed.
