Terms and Conditions:

 

Only when payment has been received will your Baby Massage course be confirmed.

 

Payment covers the complete course. If you miss a lesson, you will be provided with lesson hand-outs or recordings and an opportunity to discuss these with your instructor either before or after your next class. You will not be refunded for missed lessons because your place cannot be sold on to anyone else once your course begins.

 

Should you fail to attend the start of your course or decide not to continue once it has begun for any reason, you will not be entitled to a refund. It may be possible to reschedule you course dates as a group, taking into account any lessons you have already attended, although this is dependent on availability of the venue and is not guaranteed.

 

On the rare occasion that a class cannot run during the course (eg due to instructor illness), the instructor will arrange with all class participants a mutually-convenient alternative date to reschedule the class.

 

If a course has to be cancelled or suspended due to Covid-19 Lockdown or changes in the law due to Covid-19 meaning that classes can not continue as expected in person, you will be offered a full refund if the course has not yet started, or a switch to online Zoom classes if it has. (Online classes have worked brilliantly during previous lockdowns)

 

Parents and carers take responsibility for their own and their baby’s safety whilst on site. Please heed any health and safety instructions given by your instructor, as they are issued with baby welfare as a priority, including standard Covid-19 Safety measures as applicable at the time of your course (these will be detailed fully in your confirmation email).
