A new clinical trial on the effects of Reflexology on breastfeeding mothers of preterm babies indicates that it is effective in increasing milk volume.
In my opinion and experience, any touch therapy which relaxes the mother is likely to have a positive effect on milk volume and is a relatively low-cost and easy procedure to be used alongside regular lactation training.
